Tales of Berseria’s latest English trailer acts as a means of introducing viewers to the game. While it doesn’t go over the storyline, it does introduce party members and list some of the gameplay and battle systems available in the game, followed by examples of these actions, in an over two minute video.
After a few sweeping scenes of scenic locales and examples of adventuring, the Tales of Berseria Grand Tour trailer gets a little more detailed. It starts by introducing the Liberation-LMBS, the linear motion battle system that allows you to have your characters freely run around the field in a fight. It then takes time to point out the characters, their voice actors, and their strengths, beginning with Velvet Crow and following with Laphicet, Rokurou Rangetsu, Magilou, and Eizen, Eleanor Hume. It also shows off some Break Soul moves, Switch Blast techniques, and minigames.
Tales of Berseria will come to the PlayStation 4 and PC in North America on January 24, 2016. It will come to Europe on January 27, 2016.
