Breath of the Wild’s “Pro” Mode Disables The Mini-Map And Temperature Meter From The HUD

Recommended Videos

In The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, there is an option under the settings menu that allows players to switch the HUD between “Normal” and “Pro” mode. In a recent video from YouTuber Gehab, we get a look at how changing the HUD to Pro mode affects the game.

In Pro mode, elements such as the mini-map and the temperature gauge disappear completely from the HUD, leaving players with nothing but Hearts visible. This seems to be a good option for players out there who want to “declutter” their HUD. You can see what it looks like in action in the following video.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will release for the Wii U and Nintendo Switch on March 3, 2017.
