Back in 2015, the first word of a Mega Man animated series came from Dentsu Entertainment USA. The series was originally set to release this year, but now Dentsu Entertainment has announced that the show has been pushed back and will not air until 2018. [Thanks, NintendoEverything.]

In addition, previous reports indicated that the series would be airing on Disney XD. However, that was proven to be false and that the upcoming Mega Man show will be airing on Cartoon Network instead.
