Bandai Namco recently revealed their new 4v4 online fighter Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, and the company announced today that it’s headed Westward on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Here’s its first batch of screenshots.
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is an upcoming online multiplayer game where players will get to choose their favorite characters and battle in 3D environments and a completely new graphic style. It is being made by developer Soleil, a subsidiary of Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden creator Tomonobu Itagaki’s studio, Valhalla Game Studios.
While Itagaki himself likely isn’t involved in the development, it has Katsunori Ehara, who worked for Team Ninja on the Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive series, as its director. Yoshifuru Okamoto, who also worked on Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive games with Team Ninja, will take on the role of producer for the game.
The game features 4v4 team battles with eight ninjas fighting at a time, and you’ll get to co-op with friends online. In addition to a new graphical style, it features a variety of maps that will allow you to take advantage of its arena-style environment with plenty of ninjutsu and wall-running action.
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
