Level-5 announced during the Japanese Nintendo Direct presentation that their cross-media project, The Snack World, is releasing its 3DS game in Japan on July 13, 2017. Here’s a new trailer with some extra info.
Let’s take a look at some of the main features of the newly 3DS title, The Snack World: Trejarers:
In The Snack World: Trejarers, you’ll get to create your very own protagonist using customizations for hairstyle, eyes, mouth, nose, body-type, and more. In The Snack World, you’ll take on the role of an adventurer, also known as “Trejarer,” while traveling and working together with comrades. Chup and the others from the anime will also appear in the game.
Choosing your “Jaras” is the key to winning battles. These miniature keychain-like items are the Jaras are normally small miniature items that you’ll be walking around with, but in battle they enlarge into items that can be equipped. You’ll need to pick various Jaras that suits situations in battle for the best results.
Limited numbers of The Snack World: Trejarers will come with a bonus “Crystal Sword Alpha” Jara.
