New Evangelion VR Experience In Japan Will Let You Pilot An Eva And Fight Angels

Bandai Namco announced that they’re developing a new VR entertainment machine called Evangelion VR: The Soul’s Seat, scheduled for launch this summer at the VR Zone Shinjuku.

The machine is based on the Entry Plug cockpit, where you’ll take on the role of a “temporary pilot” chosen by NERV, where you’ll work in a group of three to take on the powerful 10th Angel.

The machine comes fully equipped with functions that make it move, vibrate, and also ventilates to give players a realistic “Eva cockpit experience.”

Evangelion VR: The Soul’s Seat is expected to launch this summer at Bandai Namco’s VR Zone Shinjuku in Tokyo, Japan.
