Sony Interactive Entertainment announced new sales milestones for the PlayStation 4 console, which has cumulatively sold through more than 60.4 million units worldwide as of June 11, 2017.
As far as software sales go, it was led by Horizon: Zero Dawn and other critically acclaimed titles to stay strong with more than 487.8 million copies sold at retail stores globally and through digital PlayStation Store sales as of June 11, 2017.
The PlayStation ecosystem has more than 70 million monthly active users as of end of March 2017. PlayStation Plus now has 26.4 million paid subscribers as of March 2017 as well. And finally, Active PS4 users worldwide have spent more than 600 million hours in total, per week on the platform as of end of March 2017.

On the software front, Sony expects things to further expand with highly anticipated titles such as Gundam Versus, Dragon Quest XI, Gran Turismo Sport, and Everybody’s Golf. They’re also expecting to see a variety of new indie titles such as Abzu, Firewatch, and more.
