Following the announcement of Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] in North America in late 2017, publisher PQube announced that Europe will be seeing the fighter in Q4 2017.

Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st], the fighter by Melty Blood creators French Bread, has been a staple at Japanese arcades for a while now, and it’ll be making its way to PS4, PS3, and PS Vita later this year.

It introduces new characters Phonon and Mika from the arcade version as well as newcomers Enkidu and Wagner who will be joining the roster in the upcoming console version of the game.

The new version of the fighter also adds the latest balance adjustments as well as new abilities and gameplay elements such as the “Veil Off” system that is used for furthering your combo game, which you can also work on even more with the new “Combo Challenge Mode” that is used as a way to practice some tough combos while taking on some of the hardest challenges.

For those of you who are new to the series or fighting games in general, its new Tutorial Mode has everything for beginners to advanced players alike. For those of you in it for the story, there’s a new “Chronicle Mode” that is basically a proper Story Mode for the fighter.

Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] releases in North America in late 2017 and Europe in Q4 2017 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.
