Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Devs Say The Game Will Remain A PS4 Exclusive For Now

Recommended Videos

When Dissidia Final Fantasy NT releases early next year, the game will be an exclusive to the PlayStation 4. However, a title staying a console exclusive is becoming less and less common now, so DualShockers caught up with NT’s developers during Gamescom over in Cologne, Germany, to ask them a few questions regarding the game’s exclusivity.

NT’s producer Ichiro Hazama replied that the team “isn’t thinking about any other platforms at the moment,” and that they want to “make sure that the relationship with Sony Interactive Entertainment is honored.” In addition to that, the game’s director, Takeo Kujiraoka, revealed that the game will get some improvements for the game on the PS4 Pro, but he was not able to go into any further detail about those improvements.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will release in North America and Europe on January 30th 2018 for PlayStation 4.
