Deadpool Being Delisted Again

The PC version of Deadpool has an expiration date. An announcement on Steam has revealed the game will be removed from the storefront on November 16, 2017. Now that it is in its final hours, the price has dropped from $39.99 to $11.99.

This will mark the second time Deadpool will be delisted. The first instance happened on December 31, 2013, when it and a number of other Activision games using Marvel properties were delisted from digital storefronts across platforms. The game then returned to Steam in July 2015, a few months before the remastered version appeared on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November 2015. This move was designed to capitalize on the 2016 Deadpool movie.

Activision has yet to announce if the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Deadpool will be delisted from the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store on November 16, 2017.
