Monster Hunter: World’s 16GB Filesize Is Not Very Monstrous At All

Recommended Videos

Monster Hunter: World is coming out this month, and it was found out recently that the game will require 16GB of space for installation for PlayStation 4 at launch. [Thanks, Hachima and PlayStation Universe!]

Of course, this is the amount of data on the base game only, and further storage will be required for Monster Hunter: World’s post-launch DLC, such as the first new free DLC monster, Deviljho. Perhaps the game will eventually morph into the Apex of storage guzzlers.

Monster Hunter: World will release on January 26, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version will come out in Fall 2018.
