Pure Wish originally planned to release the Nintendo Switch version of its romance visual novel game Song of Memories in Japan in February but it has since then been delayed to Spring 2018, the company announced.

According to the notice on the company’s website, the delay was made due to some problems in development and it was decided to delay it to a Spring 2018 window from February 2018.

PQube announced recently that Song of Memories will release worldwide in 2018. The notice for the delay only has a new window for Japan, but it mentions that Pure Wish had to make some changes in the planned release of the Nintendo Switch version for North America and Europe as well.

Song of Memories releases in Japan on Nintendo Switch in Spring 2018. It’s headed Westward on PS4 and Switch in 2018.
