Ys Origin Is Heading To The Xbox One

The Xbox One is getting its first Ys game. Dotemu is bringing Ys Origin to the system. It will launch sometime in Spring 2018.

As the name suggests, Ys Origin is a prequel set 700 years before the first Ys game. Players have three characters to follow, Hugo Fact, Yunica Tovah and The Claw, with each story revealing more about the goddesses Feena and Reah, the Black Pearl, Darm Tower, the six priests and the land of Ys itself. With the goddesses missing, our avatars head into the Devil’s Tower to find them, fight demons and better understand what is happening.

Ys Origin is immediately available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and PC.
