Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker had an open beta for PlayStation 4 players with PlayStation Plus last week, but the beta was marred by constant long waiting times. Bandai Namco US has since come out with an apology for the inconvenience.

According to Bandai Namco US, they have identified the issues responsible for the waiting time, but couldn’t fix them even with different maintenances during the beta period. Another open beta will be available in the future to assure fans that the development team is improving the online experience.
