Arc System Works announced on the PlayStation Blog that BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle will release in Japan at the end of May but those who pre-order the digital version of the game will get to play sooner with a bonus early access for the open beta.
Pre-ordering the standard or Deluxe Edition versions via PSN will get early access for the open beta test scheduled to take place in mid-May. The open beta will last five days, and three of those days will be exclusively available for those who pre-order the digital version of the game.
The date for the open beta will be announced with more details later on the official website.
BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle releases for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam in Japan and Asia on May 31, 2018. It’ll release in North America on June 5, 2018. Learn more about its different game modes in our previous report.
