Monster Hunter: World To Add Paid Character Creation Do-Over Tickets This Spring

Recommended Videos

Capcom previously said that if there’s enough fan demand they’ll consider adding a character creation do-over, and during the special Spring 2018 broadcast today they announced that it’ll be available through paid tickets starting this spring.

The “Hunter Appearance Ticket” will be available as a paid item in Spring 2018. The date and pricing has yet to be announced; however, players will get a chance to try a free Hunter Appearance Ticket [demo version] on March 16.

Capcom noted that the free ticket will only come with a single ticket. When the paid version releases, it’ll be available as a one-time use for one character. If you have multiple characters, the ticket will be spent upon usage after using it on one.

Hairstyles, facial hair, makeup, paint, and clothing can be done at your Item Box or home and doesn’t require a Hunter Appearance Ticket.

Monster Hunter: World is available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version arrives in Fall 2018. Read our previous report for info on system changes that will be added through a major update along with Deviljho on March 22.
