SNK revealed a brand-new entry in the Samurai Shodown series, which is traditionally a fighter, but the new title Samurai Shodown: Legend of Oborozuki (Oborozuki Densetsu in Japanese) will be an action game for smartphones. Here’s a first look at its trailer: Gameplay details are light for now but it features several familiar faces from the Samurai Shodown like Haohmaru and the popular Nakoruru as well. We’ll have more details on how it plays later. Samurai Shodown: Legend of Oborozuki is in development for iOS and Android. An open beta test starts in China in May 2018.
