Chucklefish and Pixpil’s next action-RPG has been announced. Eastwood is a Windows and Mac game inspired by Earthbound, The Legend of Zelda and 1990’s Japanese animation.

Eastwood was first revealed in November 2015, when Pixpil put up a Steam Greenlight page. Players follow John, a digger, who is helping Sam, a young woman he found in an underground facility, find her way to an unknown place. This means moving through dilapidated areas, fighting enemies and solving puzzles where using both characters to accomplish different tasks comes up.

Eastward is currently in development for Windows and Macs. An official website is now open.
