Last month, Treasure posted an image of a Nintendo Switch while noting it had received requests for Ikaruga. Today, Nicalis has confirmed it will be bringing Treasure’s Ikaruga to the Nintendo Switch on May 29, 2018. It will be $14.99 through the eShop.

Ikaruga can be played horizontally on the Nintendo Switch or, if someone is in handheld or tabletop mode, can be played vertically in TATE mode. There will be a single-player and local co-op mode. Global leaderboards will be available.
