Steins;Gate Elite Launches September 20 In Japan With A Made-To-Order Limited Edition

After getting delayed from its March 15 release to a general 2018 release window, 5pb. announced that Steins;Gate Elite will release in Japan on September 20 for PS4, PS Vita, and Nintendo Switch.

 

Here’s a look at a new opening movie for Steins;Gate Elite.

 

First-print copies of the Nintendo Switch version of the game comes with a Famicom-style 8-bit Steins;Gate called Famicolle ADV Steins;Gate. You can check out more on that in our previous report.

 

The first-print copies of PS4 and PS Vita versions of Steins;Gate Elite comes with a download code for Steins;Gate: Linear Bounded Phenogram HD on PlayStation 4.

 

Lastly, a brand-new limited edition edition version will be available for pre-order starting June 20 until July 18, 2018, and it’ll be made-to-order only. This edition includes a high-definition illustration (A4-size) by character designer huke, a storyboard featuring the animation parts of Steins;Gate Elite and the Steins;Gate 0 anime (in A4-size, 80 pages), and special collectible anime-cut film frames (35mm, five film frames worth, randomly selected) making each one a unique collector’s item.

 

Steins;Gate Elite releases in Japan on September 20, 2018 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch. The game releases in the West in 2018 with Japanese audio and English subtitles.
