Nintendo revealed a new free service for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate that is being developed for smartphones in 2019 called Smash World.

With Smash World, rather than focus on stats like win-loss records, players will get to post gameplay videos and watch them on the app, and more. The app will continue receiving regular updates after the service launches.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate launches for Nintendo Switch on December 7, 2018. The Smash World app launches in 2019 for iOS and Android.
