Smash Bros. Ultimate Event Increases Spectacled Spirits’ Appearance Rate Starting December 13-14

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is kicking off a limited-time Spirit Board event starting December 13 at 10:00pm PT (Dec 14 at 1:00am ET) that increases the appearance rates of Spirits with glasses and some extra gold.

 

Here are more details on the event from the game:

Spirits who wear glasses and sunglasses are marching toward the Spirit Board!

Defeat them to earn extra gold!

There’s an influx of characters with glasses and sunglasses on the Spirit Board! Defeat them to earn extra gold!

Legend-class spirits James McCloud and Jeff, and Ace-class spirits Brittany and Brewster will each appear for a fixed time.

Don’t miss these spectacular spirits!

 

The event will run three days from December 13 at 10:00pm PT to December 16 at 10:00pm PT.

 

The following Spirits will appear periodically during the event (in PT):

  • Brittany (1:00am/1:00pm every day)
  • Brewster (7:00am/7:00pm every day)
  • Jeff (4:00am/4:00pm every day)
  • James McCloud (10:00am/10:00pm every day)

 

And the following “Spectacled Spirits” will appear at random with increased appearance rates:

  • 9-Volt & 18-Volt
  • Annie
  • Baxter & Forthington
  • Bisk
  • Brewster
  • Brittany
  • Cereza
  • Coraline
  • Count Cannoli
  • Crusty Sean
  • Dr. Lobe
  • Elite Beat Agents
  • Fawful
  • Gracie
  • James McCloud
  • Jeff
  • Kazuhira Miller
  • Lloyd
  • Lyle
  • Madame Couture
