Fitness Boxing Demo Arrives On The North American Nintendo Switch eShop

Recommended Videos

While people won’t be able to buy rhythmic boxing for some time yet worldwide, an opportunity to try it has arisen. As part of the December 13, 2018 Nintendo Switch eShop update, the Fitness Boxing demo has been released in North America. (It is already available in Japan and Europe.) It is a 434MB download.

The Fitness Boxing demo has people working with Lin on a few rhythmic exercises. It begins with a tutorial, then lets you head into a Straight Combo #1 workout to the song “Shut Up and Dance” by Walk the Moon. As an interesting aside, it only gives you three days to work out with the trial version of the game, so make sure you start the demo when you have the time to use it for three days in a row and make the most of it.

Fitness Boxing will be released on the Nintendo Switch in Japan on December 20, 2018, in Europe on December 21, 2018, and in North America on January 4, 2019.
