Dragalia Lost Update Includes New Year’s Event Announcement

Dragalia Lost has been updated to version 1.3.1 and, in the process, a number of announcements and bonuses have come up. For example, the campaign’s seventh chapter is now available, allowing players to begin "Trek to the Aquapolis." A Tenfold Summon ticket is being doled out to everyone after the update. various bugs are being fixed. But in addition to all that, the New Year’s event has been revealed. It will begin on December 30, 2018 at 10pm PT.

 

Dragalia Lost‘s New Year’s event is called New Year’s Tidings: Fortune from Afar. As revealed on the official website, it is a Raid Event where people will have a chance to befriend an Adventurer unit and, if they have enough Friendship points from undertaking quests with the character on their team, recruit them as a permanent member by the end of the event. This unit will be a naginata-wielding woman from a land called Hinomoto. The Extra Raid Battles will appear more frequently this time and its story will be longer.

 

Here are the official patch notes for Dragalia Lost update 1.3.1.

â–  Feature changed:

・ Made it so that the Energized effect is applied to continuous recovery skills and damage due to afflictions or debuffs.

â–  Issues fixed:

・ If you select a Helper from a player who is not your friend and send a friend request after clearing the quest, then select Repeat and send a friend request once more, it becomes impossible to progress.

・ After clearing a quest, if you send a friend request to a player who has reached their friend limit, it becomes impossible to progress.

・ The Gauge Accelerator ability is more effective on enemies in the overdrive state than it ought to be.

・ Fixed other minor issues.
