Screen Gallery: Lost Planet for the PC

Capcom announced that Lost Planet is coming to PCs in June at a lower price, $39.99. The biggest change between the Xbox 360 version and the PC release is the graphics. The presentation of Lost Planet has been improved with better shadows and higher resolution visuals. See how the two versions compare against each other in the pictures past the break.

The PC version (bottom) features XSI Ambient Occlusion, which the Xbox 360 (top) version does not.

The bullet holes are more steric and deeply hollowed than the Xbox 360 version. The Xbox 360 picture is on top and the PC picture is on the bottom.

In the PC version, the resolution of the effects are much more enhanced than the 360 version.

The edge of the character’s shadow in the PC version is much smoother.
