Animal Crossing And Fire Emblem On Smartphone Will Be “Pure-Game Apps” And Free-To-Start

Nintendo recently announced that they have more smartphone apps on the way, with Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing apps releasing this fall. According to Nintendo’s mobile partner DeNA, the two apps will be free-to-start.

 

DeNA chief executive Isao Mariyasu said in an interview with Wall Street JournalFire Emblem and Animal Crossing are both free-to-start apps.” He also added that the two titles will be more “pure-game apps” compared to social networking app Miitomo.

 

Nintendo shared more about the two titles in their recent financial results briefing.
