Smartphone games occasionally end its service overseas while continuing in Japan, but this won’t be the case for Terra Battle 2, as Mistwalker announced that it’ll also shut down in Japan this September.

The notice of termination comes from Terra Battle 2’s official Twitter account, where Mistwalker offered its apologies and gratitude to all the players of the game. As for Terra Battle 2’s termination, its service is scheduled to end on September 28, 2018 at 5:00pm JST.
Earlier this month, Mistwalker made the announcement for the North American version of the game, which is expected to shut down on September 3, 2018, along with a schedule leading up to its end.
Terra Battle 2 launched in September 21, 2017. The game is available on iOS and Android.
