Back in July 2019, Bandai Namco confirmed that it would be bringing Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 to the west. Now, we know exactly when. The PlayStation Blog confirmed that PlayStation 4 owners will be able to hop into a Gundam and start fighting on October 1, 2019.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 is a 6v6 game. People get suits by making or acquiring them in a lottery, then head out to fight. These can be customized to your liking. Once you head out into a match, you’ll need to fight on land or in space against foes. You might even need to bring in infantry or place bombs.

While Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 is free-to-play, there are things to buy with real money. In the versions available overseas, you can buy tokens to use in the lottery to get new suits. There is also a starter kit that gives people a Gundam Lv2 MS and 31 tokens.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 will come to the PlayStation 4 in North America on October 1, 2019. It is immediately available in Asia.
