Dragon Quest Builders 2 Announced For PlayStation 4 And Nintendo Switch

Square Enix announced Dragon Quest Builders 2 during the Dragon Quest Summer Festival 2017 event earlier today with a first look at some gameplay footage to go with the reveal.

 

Square Enix provided a keyword hint “traveling companion” and “young Sidoh” (Sidoh is the Japanese name of Dragon Quest II’s final boss, Malroth). As far as other new features go, the game features slopes, underwater diving, triple the amount of blocks that can be stacked above and below, waterfalls, a cape that allows you to glide from high areas, and 4-player multiplayer.

 

Dragon Quest Builders 2 is in development for Nintendo Swtich and PlayStation 4.
