Here are the Best Light Cones and Relics For Huohuo in Honkai: Star Rail

Huohuo is an incredibly powerful support character in Honkai: Star Rail, whose Light Cones and Relics are fairly easy to assemble. Because of how basic her kit is, you can build her in a variety of ways without compromising on her quality.

What are the best Light Cones for Huohuo in Honkai: Star Rail?

  • Night of Fright
As Huohuo’s signature Light Cone, this is obviously her best-in-slot. It increases her Energy Regeneration, as well as restores an ally with the lowest HP percentage whenever she uses her Ultimate. It can also increase an ally’s ATK when she heals them. If you want to use this Light Cone, you might not want to run her with characters like Blade, who rely on having low HP.
  • Time Waits for No One
This is a permanent 5-star Light Cone that you can get from the gacha, as well as from the Starlight Exchange Shop. It increases Max HP and Outgoing Healing. It can also deal random enemy damage based on a percentage of the Outgoing Healing value after the wearer heals allies. This Light Cone can help increase how much Huohuo heals and provide extra damage support to the party.
  • Hey, Over Here
This Light Cone is the reward Light Cone from the A Foxian Tale of the Haunted event, which debuted in Version 1.5 along with Huohuo. Since everyone should have this Light Cone, it’s a good choice if you haven’t been having much luck getting other ones. Hey, Over Here has a basic but useful effect of increasing Max HP, as well as Outgoing Healing when the wearer uses their Skill.
  • Perfect Timing
If you run Huohuo with Broken Keel, which requires 30% Effect RES, you can use this Light Cone to help reach that number without sacrificing any stats on your Relics. Aside from increasing Effect RES, this Light Cone also boosts Outgoing Healing by a percentage. If you can get that 30% Effect RES on a Broken Keel Huohuo without this Light Cone and you have some of the other ones on this list, then you should prioritize those.
  • Shared Feeling
This is another Light Cone with a very basic but generically useful effect. It increases the wearer’s Outgoing Healing and regenerates Energy when using a Skill. It doesn’t offer much of a bonus, though, but it’s better than nothing.

Here are the Best Relics for Huohuo in Honkai: Star Rail

When you’re choosing Relics for Huohuo, you should prioritize certain main stats. Depending on sub stats and your own preference, you can focus on HP %, Energy Regeneration, and Outgoing Healing. For speed tuning, in my experience using Huohuo on my teams, I personally prefer her to be slower so that I don’t have to manually give her back Divine Provision stacks.

However, if you want her to have more turns so that she can actually do her job properly as a healer, foregoing HP % or Energy Regeneration for SPD is also a valid choice.

  • 4-pc Messenger Traversing Hackerspace
This is the best set for Huohuo because it removes the need for you to put SPD-specific Relics on her and helps her buff your party’s SPD with her Ultimate.
  • 2-pc Messenger Traversing Hackerspace, 2-pc Passerby of Wandering Clouds
If you don’t have enough good Messenger Traversing Hackerspace Relics, you can use a combination of Messenger and Passerby. Messenger will boost Huohuo’s SPD, while Passerby will increase her Outgoing Healing.
  • 4-pc Passerby of Wandering Cloud
This is for people who don’t have any good Messenger Traversing Hackerspace Relics for whatever reason. The 4-pc effect is regenerating a Skill Point at the start of a battle, which is useful if you’re running Huohuo in a team with characters like Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae due to how much SP he eats. However, it is only one Skill Point at the beginning of the battle. It’s far more useful in general situations (since not even Imbibitor Lunae can one shot every enemy in the game) to give Huohuo another set.
  • Fleet of the Ageless
This Set matches really well with Huohuo, especially since Messenger is such a good Relic Set for her. Fleet of the Ageless increases Max HP (which boosts Huohuo’s healing) and can also passively increase all allies’ ATK.
  • Penacony, Land of the Dreams
This is another good Set for Huohuo, but with more focus on her Ultimate since this Planar Ornament Set increases Energy Regeneration. However, the caveat is that its second passive increases DMG for allies of the same element. You should only use this Set if you plan to use a Mono Wind team with Huohuo as your sustain.
  • Broken Keel
While Huohuo might not heal as much with Broken Keel, nor can she use her Ultimate as often, Broken Keel is a good Planar Ornament Set for increasing allies’ damage potential. It can boost Crit DMG if her Effect RES is at least 30%. Effect RES isn’t that hard to build, and Huohuo also has a few nodes in her Traces that’ll help increase it.

Honkai: Star Rail is available on PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. You can only pull for Huohuo while the “Bloom in Gloom” Character Event Warp is active.
