First, here’s a new trailer for the Jump Force: Deluxe Edition announcement:

Jump Force: Deluxe Edition will come to the Nintendo Switch with a roster of over 50 playable characters from 16 different Jump franchises. This includes all previously released DLC characters from the Season 1 Character Pass.

In Jump Force: Deluxe Edition, you’ll get to play against friends and foes in offline and online battles. This version will also introduce a new offline 3 vs. 3 mode which will be exclusive to the Switch version. This mode will allow for six friends to take control of a character and battle it out together. Each player basically controls a character from the team of three and will enter the fight when their character is tagged into battle. These new fights will require strategic tagging between players to find success on the battlefield.

Next, here’s a trailer for the new rep from My Hero Academia, Shoto Todoroki:

Shoto Todoroki will be available as part of Jump Force‘s Character Pass 2. The new Season Pass for Jump Force for $17.99 and will feature five new playable characters, starting with Shoto Todoroki. The other characters will come from the following manga franchises: YuYu Hakusho, HUNTER X HUNTER, Bleach, and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. More information for the Character Pass Season 2 will be announced on a later date.

Here’s a quote from Bandai Namco Entertainment America’s Senior Brand Manager Stephen Akana:

“The casual pick up and play nature and multiplayer focus of Jump Force: Deluxe Edition lends itself perfectly to Nintendo Switch,” said Stephen Akana, Senior Brand Manager for Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. “The large roster of players, explosive battles, and new features means limitless fun for players.”
