Jump Force: Deluxe Edition Announced for Switch; Shoto Todoroki and More DLC Fighters Underway

Bandai Namco announced in the latest issue of V-Jump that Jump Force is coming to Nintendo Switch as Jump Force: Deluxe Edition in 2020. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]

The pricing and release date have yet to be announced for Jump Force on Switch, but it will come with the main game and the Character Pack #1 that features nine additional characters. However, Character Pack #2 will not be included. Jump Force: Deluxe Edition will support up to six players for offline versus and two players locally.

Furthermore, the magazine confirmed My Hero Academia‘s Shoto Todoroki will appear as DLC for Jump Force. His release date wasn’t announced, but it should be sometime in the near future. Additionally, Bandai Namco announced that more characters will join Jump Force via DLC. These include characters from series such as Hunter x Hunter, Yu Yu Hakusho, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, and Bleach. The Character Pass 2 release date will be announced later.

Jump Force released in February 2019 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Nintendo Switch version will release in 2020. Its latest DLC fighters include the likes of Trafalgar Law from One Piece and Grimmjow from Bleach. The game also added Madara Uchiha from Naruto as well as Toshiro Hitsugaya from Bleach back in November.
