The official Monster Hunter Twitter account is quite the source for behind-the-scenes art used to help make the Nintendo Switch game. The latest batch of designs seems like it has pets in mind. Perhaps even people who consider making costumes for pets. Monster Hunter Rise Palico and Palamute concept art images looking at the finer Kamura Armor set details are here.
Capcom actually first shared a look at the Palamute’s Kamura Armor on November 24, 2020. We see the Palamute head-on first, to have a better look at how the leg guards look. Then, we can see an overhead and side view of the other protectors and the colors used.
The Monster Hunter Rise Palico Kamura Armor was shared today. We get front, back, and side views of a furry friend in the armor, with even the character’s bag shown on the back. There’s also an image of the Palico next to a hunter, to provide a sense of scale.
As for humans, Capcom already showed us a closer look at the Kamura Armor set for humans. The image wasn’t as detailed, so it’d be more difficult to build an accurate costume based off of the single picture. But the male and female suits both help people get a better idea of what they’ll wear in-game.
Monster Hunter Rise will come to the Nintendo Switch worldwide on March 26, 2021.
