NIS America is Selling Atelier Sophie 2 Limited Edition Physical Copies

Koei Tecmo announced NIS America will sell limited edition physical copies of Atelier Sophie 2, which include Japanese import bonus items such as an art book, soundtrack, and Sophie’s whale necklace keychain. Pre-orders for the limited edition set are currently open for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions of the game. Both cost $119.99 on the NIS America online store.

The Atelier Sophie 2 limited edition will include a physical copy of the game in addition to a variety of bonus items also featured in the Japanese premium box set. Below is a full list of the included items:

  • Physical North American copy of Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream for PS4 or Nintendo Switch
  • Japanese Import Atelier Sophie 2 Art Book
  • Japanese Import Atelier Sophie 2 Bonus Soundtrack
  • Japanese Import Original Illustrated B3-size Fabric Art Poster
  • Japanese Import Sophie’s Whale Necklace Keychain
  • North American Pre-Release “My New Look” Costume Download Code
  • North American Collector’s box (not shown yet)

Notably, Koei Tecmo plans to release the “My New Look” Costume for free sometime after Atelier Sophie 2‘s launch. Additionally, the B3-size fabric illustrated art poster is an exclusive item only included with limited edition orders. The bonus soundtrack will feature extra tracks from the game, though the exact number of songs included on the CD are unconfirmed.

Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream will release for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PC via Steam on February 25, 2022. PS4 and Switch limited edition sets are currently available for pre-order on the NIS America online store and cost $119.99.
