Prototype Microsoft Controller?

The defunct Acclaim Games’ inventory has been trickling its way on to the Internet. We’ve seen development PS2 units, NR Gamecubes and even a Dolphin test station. Now there’s a prototype gamepad with drivers online. The dealer says he found this unit in a box with assorted Xbox and PC stuff. It looks like a regular Sidewinder Pro PC gamepad, but there’s always that 1 in a million chance that there is something special about it.

Update: It looks like there are few differences (if any) between this “prototype” and a Sidewinder Pro. In fact an expert on the controller tipped us off that this is a fake prototype. Thanks to the importer for this tip.
