Sony Santa Monica Studios: Now Hiring

The same studio responsible for Twisted Metal and God of War has a bunch of jobs posted on Craigslist. Positions are open for Producer, Associate Producer, Senior Level Designer and Senior Technical Artist. The jobs are advertised with the tag “join the God of War team”, maybe they looking for additional help on God of War 2. On the other hand the technical artist position says,

“The Technical Artist acts as a bridge between the art and programming staff, and is responsible for researching, developing, and testing new technology from an artists point of view in order to meet the increasing technical requirements of next generation game titles.”

God of War PS3? Maybe. It’s equally as likely that SCEA is recruiting help for a whole new franchise for the PS3.
