It's probably just as bad in Japanese, but at least I can't understand it. Misha hurts my ears. So it's your choice on which one you want to use. I don't think the US voices are that bad, but I know someone else who would ardently disagree with me. Misha and Aurica are a bit high pitched though. Other than the frequent loading and SNES-quality backgrounds, it's a great game. Now I just have to tear myself away and get back to Rogue Galaxy.
