VC prices for many titles are quite overpriced, but if Nintendo ever got around to localizing many of their import Fire Emblem RPGs or even begun releasing already localized ones like the aforementioned Earthbound then the high asking point can be finally justified. Earthbound, itself, is highly sort after and naturally goes for quite a large sum on ebay, so releasing it for download at 800 points would be a bargain.

Though it pains to say it, I would pay a premium to see some of those titles translated. I also see SE being more likely to release a translated previously unreleased game than to resell their first few FFs. That's purely based upon the fact that DS and GBA sales probably would net more profit than VC titles (that's pure unbridled speculation, but I'm assuming that licensing, printing, transport, and manufacture probably leave more profit out of $30-40 than the 5-10 dollars that VC titles would net (less after they give a chunk of that to nintendo for bandwidth and the right to put their game on the VC.)
