Starfox 64 coming to the Wii this month?

It’s been known for awhile that Starfox 64 is heading to the virtual console, the question was when. The ESRB recently updated their list and Starfox 64 is on it with an “E” rating. Since Nintendo has been releasing one Nintendo 64 game in all territories each month, there is a decent chance that Starfox 64 is going to be it. The only thing slightly disappointing about Starfox 64’s release is that it is going to be rumble-less like the other Nintendo 64 games. Remember how the rumble pak was bundled with Starfox 64? At the time feeling your controller shake when you got shot was revolutionary.

Another good reason to wait for a real StarFox game for the Wii (the first being motion control).

Nintendo is definitely making a huge disservice to Starfox 64 by taking out the rumble. Essentially, that's getting only half the experience, as along with the voice acting (love it or hate) they're taking away what made the game so memorable back in the day.

Really, with no rumble support, many N64 games (including OoT) lost some of the charm that made them unique and standout in the first place, even if the game plays the same for the most part.
