Seems Konami simply couldn&#039;t resist throwing together another rerelease with enhancements for the MGS series, even on the PSP.With that said, if Portable Ops Plus did find its way to North America, which is most certainly the case, I&#039;ll still buy the game again if Konami releases it at a budget price.
