Disgaea fans mark your planner! Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness is set to come out on October 30 in North America and NIS America sent over a trailer for the PSP remake. Since it mentions Etna’s new story arc I guess I can talk about it. Etna’s story arc is alternate take on Disgaea with four separate chapters.
The other big feature is ad-hoc wireless play. To keep gameplay balanced ad-hoc mode has an optional fog of war, which opens the door for sneaky spell casting tactics. With the fog of war you can snipe other players with Omega Star. There are more elements in multiplayer battles too, that we will be featuring on a later date. For now check out the trailer and keep an eye out for new units.
Oh man, this is the rest I avoided playing the original for all this time. Why play a deep SRPG on a console when I have the pleasure of carrying the goodness with me everywhere? End of October checky, check, check.
this is a very nice addition but i wont have the patience for getting the psp version yet,ill get the original at a cheap price instead, and maybe ill get this version too if this etna side story is big… :)

Excellent. By then, I should be the proud owner of a PSP. Disgaea, here I come!
