I think it’s a given now, still, I remember hearing a few months ago in Square-Enix Party 2007(?) event that SO4 was exclusive but that could still change. I wouldn’t be surprised if PS3 doesn’t pick-up in US a X360 version is a possibility; perhaps they’re keeping it easy to port.

This team even has experience with X360, they’ve done project sylpheed and and are doing Infinite Undiscovery for it.
