I can't say I'm surprised by this at all because Onechanbara feels right at home on the Wii. The game is about slicing zombies with a sword and the Wii can emulate the motions. Also the Onechanbara has typically been a budget series. Developing the game on the Wii would be more reasonable than bringing the series another console. So if you have been dreaming of an intuitive Wii port look forward to Onechanbara R (temporary name) in 2008.
@Hero of legend - I can’t tell and when I was walking around D3’s booth I must have walked right past it! So far no North American announcement has been made either.
Oh okay.
Also, did you see the Simple Wii Series? Do they run in 480p, 16:9, and Dolby Pro Logic II?
And any news about those coming to North America?
@Hero of Legend - I saw but didn’t have the time to check out any of the Simple Wii series in detail. No news about North America yet…
Since you did see them, did you happen to notice if they were stretched or in proper 16:9?

It’s hard to tell from that single screen, but does it support 16:9? Or is it stretched?
Also, does D3 plan to bring the game to North America?
