to unlock shadow clone jutsu u have to get chunin rank in shuriken throw and to get resengan u have to get chunin rank (or higher im not to sure) in shadow clone jutsu.

to ulock itachi you need to beat misson 22 when you defeat itachi with saskae and to unlock misson 22 beat single player with both negi hyuga and rock lee
