You dont need full chakra to use Phenoix Flower. Juss get sharingan then jump and press the special button you use (whichever gaming system your on,) and make sure you hit keep blowing it at her until she is dead cause if you miss you'll have to start over.

to unlock shadow clone jutsu u have to get chunin rank in shuriken throw and to get resengan u have to get chunin rank (or higher im not to sure) in shadow clone jutsu.
