Warhawk ready to fly on the PSP too?

A rumor about a PSP version of the Playstation 3 online exclusive, Warhawk, has been swirling around for quite sometime. The latest ESRB update gives it some substance because Warhawk has been ~~re-~~rated as a PSP game too. Perhaps, Sony plans to release this as a downloadable game since the PC PlayStation Store is open. However, the PS3 version takes full advantage of Sixaxis motion control. If Warhawk is about to make a PSP debut, it's probably going to be modified hopefully with an offline single player mode too.

Update: Maybe not, Mark points out in the comments that this is probably a downloadable PsOne game instead of the Playstation 3 version. He's probably right about that since there are three ratings for Warhawk online.

@Mark - it's not a new entry. The ESRB replaced the Playstation 3 entry to say Playstation 3 /PSP. With that in mind it looks like it's a port/remake/portable version.

If you do a search by title for Warhawk, there are 3 entries for the PS3 that pop up: Warhawk (downloadable), Warhawk (Blu-ray), and the new Warhawk listing that includes a PSP version. The Warhawk for PS3/PSP is rated differently than the PS3-only Warhawk (E vs. T, respectively)... and it just so happens to be rated the same as the PS1 version of Warhawk. The evidence is mounting in my favor, me thinks...
