Watch – Persona: Trinity Soul opening

This type of stuff (obscure anime that probably won’t hit stateside) is about the only reason I advocate torrents. Since Demonoid shut down, I was a bit depressed, but there are plenty of alternative ways to “sample” these foreign films to see if you’d buy them upon domestication or whatever. Did any of that even make sense? Oh well.

the OP art is cool, but the song sucks…and so does the anime. :\ (and yeah, ‘I’m a P3 fan.)

The anime is sooo boring, plus the fights aren’t that great… only good thing is the P3 songs in the background.

Shin, I don’t know what you’ve been watching, but Trinity Soul is great! Heck, the initial reactions were good all around. And that opening song is pretty darn sweet if you ask me. Sure, it doesn’t carry the exact same style as the game, but Trinity Soul is different nearly all around. It’s fitting.

Well, it’s your opinion. Perhaps you were expecting something more shounen-y, which it most definitely is not. There’s far greater things than nods towards the game’s songs in the background. Many more.

the OP song is kinda “overkill” if you’ll ask me.
I dunno how to explain, but so far, this doesn’t have that classy-smooth-Persona feel to it (for me), neither in the narrative, nor the the animation or the characters.

I know you cannot have the same animated feeling than the sequences in P3 in a weekly program, but still.

I’m enjoying the anime. It’s probably my second favorite this season next to Shigofumi. And personally, I like the opening song. It has a nice melody.

I’m liking the Anime so far. It’s not to bad. I’m pretty sure the action is on the way, but I want for questions answered then more fights.
