Yeah, so far the new patch does not allow the US disc 4 to access the extra dungeon. You aren't missing out too much though, I was about 20 mins into it last night, it was a little plain as you could see in the picture. I hope there would be more story (just txt..) and the boss better make it worth my while. Although my party is pretty much omnipotent after 100 hrs of gameplay...
