Fan feedback “implemented” in Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2

Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 was unveiled last week. Now we have a few screenshots of the game with Kiba and Choji as part of the cast. Like Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution, the sequel will be a blend “with the best elements from the previous games.” Tomy hasn’t clearly outlined what these are yet aside from four player battles and the destructible stages seen in the previous installment. One feature not found in Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution is a widescreen 16:9 mode and 480p progressive scan.

 

An interesting tidbit found in the official announcement is Tomy incorporating fan feedback in the follow up. Laura Yoshioka, director of consumer software at Tomy said, “In addition to the new storyline, we have worked closely with the development studio, Eighting, to implement fan feedback. We actively pursued advice from tournament players to update the fighting mechanics and create balanced characters to improve the gameplay experience.”

 

Until we discover what third party advice appears in the game take a look at the first screenshots.

    -30+ Characters (put a lot of time into deciding who would be in)
    “30+ in Revolution 2, and the roster is something we took a lot of time deliberating over”

    -No online (because they don’t want shit online like DBZ BT3) ( I actually support this. I would rather have more resources put into making the game better than crappy online)

So as Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 and its engine are really based on lightning fast reflexes and attention to split second detail, that’s what we decided to focus on. We are always exploring Wi-Fi options and will continue to do so in the future, but instead of suffering over a game mode that might not be quite up to par because of the internet, we invested all that time into the rest of the game, making it that much better.”

    -Took comments from Touney’s to improve the gameplay

    “…got email from tournament players who focused on the game play exclusively. We scoured forums for technical details like: “These Y cancels make this character’s combination too powerful,” or “The chakra use/gain needs to be tweaked for these moves,” or “We don’t like the stage transitions screwing with the pace of our fight!” etc (Y cancels refers to cancelling your combo by using the throw button, which is Y on the GameCube controller). So all of this was taken into consideration for tweaks and adjustments where possible.”

    I hope they got my suggestion about alternate costumes for all characters (every character has had at least 1 other outfit, whether it was anime filler, or manga cover page) as opposed to color swaps

    Are they adding more than 30 characters, if so do you think if we ask producers can they make the 1st and 2nd hokage in revolution 2 like in ultimate ninja or they can even put those characters in revolution 3?

    Also Could there be a chance this time around that NCONR2 have more special[Also known as finishing Moves]or they could bring it for the next Naruto game mabey Naruto clash of ninja revolution 3 if it will be created, They can mabey bring 3 or 4 specials distime around doesnt it sound like a good idea?

    Oh and one more thing could they also put in cutscene inn transformation to look more realistic to the anime and as well possesion mode Garra of the desert and more like regular forms like kimmimaru regular before transforming in to Curse mark L2 and the one’s with curse mark L1 can transform to that too if not you can make them transform when doing there strongest special move when there in regular form and the Curse mark L2 can be seperate that could be a idea but it is best they have CML1 and CML2 both to transform inn game, Thats all I can think of that would make the game better so it can keep Up with Naruto Ultimate ninja series. P.S.The producers should make a RPG for Clash of Ninja like Naruto rise of ninja’s RPG but Clash of ninja style, And The Producers could tweak the stages when everyone fights inn Naruto clash of ninja, They should be more interactive with the arenas and last but not least make the stages more realistic to the anime,I am sorry if I been talkative or rude but these are some ideas to make the game better oh yea the 1st one I did was a mistake sorry about that.

    And The last thing is it shoul have Day and night system in out side stages or the stages shold have there own system like in Mt.Hokage stage its bright and sunny but latter a storm comes and it puors rain thay should use this also in End of the Valley.

    And final thing is if the producers cant put all the Jutsus(Specials) they can have a custom jutsu list, what I mean is you can replace justsus with others like for Example naruto can do Uzamaki barash & Rasengan but with custom jutsus you can replace like the Uzamaki Barash for Sexy hairen jutsu and also Rasengan for Sommoning the chief toud[The giant frog], So Evreyone should be able to do there favorite jutsu just switch the jutsu with one on the list and there you have it.
