It’s a lazy summer day and gamers in the USA are congregating to Washington for PAX. In the absence of news discussion has sparked from a 2chan post about a Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition-like remake for Resident Evil 2. Sure, Capcom has its fair share of Wii ports which makes the news superficially believable, but the same poster also says we’re going to see Shadow Hearts 3, Wild Arms 6th, and a sequel to Soul Blazer. Yeah, the Soul Blazer made by Enix for the Super NES.
The post has been removed from 2chan’s archives, but through the magic of Google caching it lives. I roughly translated all of the “announced” games so, you know, you can make an educated decision if the news is real or wishful thinking.
