I think the graphics are pretty good. I mean this isn't supposed to be a high resolution Final Fantasy game, the concept of Final Fantasy Gaiden is a simpler version of the series with classic charm.

Yoshida's art style is amazing. (: I wish there was a Monk class character in this game.

Graphics don't look that horrible, they will probably be better / more refined later…

Looks kind of like that sega RPG with the Etrian Odessey Art Director.
The models need outlines. (Like Dragon Quest IX.)
Still i'm looking forward to more info!

I haven't played a lot of games where the changes of your equipment (besides the weapons) are reflected on your characters. I can remember a few like Legend of Legaia on the Playstation, Radiata Stories on the Playstation 2, and the upcoming Dragon Quest IX on the DS (I think). Anyway, hopefully we see more games like that in the future, especially with console's capabilities in this generation.

The game doesn't look THAT bad graphic-wise, but it doesn't look that good either. I just hope it'll be a game worth playing and remembering when it comes out.

Too bad this isn't 100% 2D. But at any rate, I'm very interested in this game.
